- Dress weight includes some bones, excess fat and moisture loss that will not be packaged and wrapped for home consumption

The cuts above are basic options and are approximate pounds or units of that cut. Number of steaks vary by cut thickness. The pounds and units vary by weight of cow at time of processing. Custom cuts available upon request; contact us for more information. Splitting a half beef with another family is a great option to cut costs and share the health!

$500 non-refundable down payment at time of order; remaining cost due at pickup (dependent on steer weight at time of processing)
- This deposit is to hopefully ensure the person doesn’t back out on their meat. We take the lives of animals very seriously. I am a huge animal lover and I raise my beef cows as if pets so they have the greatest life until the circle ends to feed us humans as God desired. We are very grateful and thank God to be able to humanely raise clean food for the health of us and others.
- The deposit also ensures we are able to keep the meat properly stored until the next buyer can receive if the first buyer backs out.
- Email us for directions on payment. We take PayPal and Venmo. Other arrangements can be made upon further discussion. These arrangements ensure no party encounters hundreds of dollars of fees otherwise.
